Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master
I have pleasure in presenting my Annual Report on the Royal Ark Mariner Degree, covering the period from 1st September 2006 to the 31st August 2007.
I am pleased to report that the number of brethren Elevated has remained the same as last year but so has the number we have lost through deaths and resignations etc
Only 10 Scribes submitted an ‘Exit’ form so I would repeat my previous plea to all Scribes to ensure this form is completed as soon as a brother intimates he is resigning, and sent to the Provincial Grand Secretary as soon as possible.
You will appreciate that, by the time I deliver it, this report is already out of date. But we now have the new Provincial Database up and running that can deliver real-time information and will undoubtedly be a valuable tool in years to come. However, the data inputted must be accurate so, brother Scribes, please make sure all your returns etc are correctly completed
Finally brethren, it is always pleasing to report good news! Many congratulations to Rose & Lily who Elevated six candidates during the year.
