Hertfordshire Mark Masons

Provincial Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of Hertfordshire

Home

The first Mark Lodge in the Province was Watford Lodge of MMM No 241 which is still going strong today. It received its Centenary Warrant in 1979.

Rose & Lily Lodge of MM and RAM are the only non-Craft or Royal Arch units which meet at Freemason's Hall in Great Queen Street.

The John Burr Lodge is a meridian (daytime) lodge and meets once per year at St Albans with the other two meetings being held elsewhere in the Province.

White Stone Lodge is the PGM's Lodge for the heads of orders and others personally invited by him. It was Consecrated on 29th May 2003 by the RW Assistant Grand Master and the then (Craft) R W Provincial Grand Master was Installed as the first Master.
