Provincial Grand Treasurer's Annual Report 2008 - 2009
Provincial Grand Master and brethren I have much pleasure in presenting my third set of accounts as Provincial Treasurer. In respect of the General Fund, the Province remains in a sound financial position with some £12,700 in the bank and net assets of over £11,788. We made a modest surplus of £635 but after adjusting for depreciation the operating cash flow was even more positive at £1035.. Accordingly, I am pleased to report that there is no need to adjust the level of annual subscriptions in the forthcoming year. In respect of the Benevolent Fund, we collected over £21,000 and allocated over £15,000. Total resources available to the Benevolent Fund are now in excess of £69,000. I submit the audited accounts of both the General Fund and Benevolent Fund to the brethren for adoption.
